Louisiana EMS Peeps: Last Chance NREMT Refreshers

I’ll be teaching a series of hybrid, last-chance refresher courses for the Louisiana Ambulance Alliance Center for Education for EMS (ACE4EMS). If you need a refresher and CEU hours for your 2016 recertification due March 31, I suggest you sign up. Here’s a brief overview:

Registration is pretty straightforward:

1. Go to the Louisiana Ambulance Alliance website and pay your fees.
2. Go to the Louisiana Bureau of EMS Certification Portal, and register online for the course dates you can attend.
3. Once you’ve registered, you can download the list of self-study assignments available, pick the ones that interest you, and get started right away.
4. Forward a copy of your course completion certificates to your instructor by email.
5. Attend the two skills and knowledge integration sessions, and required Internet chat sessions.
6. You’re done! This covers 100% of your recertification requirements!
