I’m Baaaaack…

…and much like Mark Twain, rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated.

Just five minutes ago, I e-mailed the final chapter reviews for a certification and test prep manual to the production editor. It’s a project that has occupied the better part of my waking hours for the past three weeks, made even more onerous by the fact that most of it was written nearly two years ago.

If there’s anything more painful than writing a couple thousand challenging test questions, it’s reviewing those test questions a couple of years after the fact. The past three weeks have been like one long, nerve-wracking certification exam.

But it’s done now, and I will get back to posting forthwith.

Oughta be nice to write something that isn’t of the “describe the universe, and give two examples” variety…
